PREP COOK

  • This position is for a morning prep cook.

  • The candidate must be able to maintain a clean, pleasant, and professional image and wear the proper uniform at all times, keep the working area clean and organized in accordance with industry health department standards.

  • Complete the daily prep list

    Adhere to all recipes at all times

    Label and date all product

    Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, dressings etc.

    Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen

    Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

    Comply with all sanitation and cleanliness guidelines

    Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

  • This position is a full-time position. We are open 5 days a week and the hours would be from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday thru Saturday.
